Due to a number of failure to attend appointments we reserve the right to bill full price for any appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours prior notice.
Equine Treatment
Under the Veterinary Act 1966 it is law that any therapist obtains veterinary consent prior to starting any treatment. Please consult with us about this prior to booking any appointments.
Human Treatment
Please ensure that any or all existing medical conditions are disclosed to us prior to commencing treatment. Conditions including blood pressure conditions, heart attacks, stroke any muscular conditions can impact the treatment you receive and may prevent treatment altogether. Please contact us prior to booking any appointments to discuss medical needs with us and ensure that you are fit for treatment. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment charge being charged and refusal of treatment.
